Terms of Sale & Use

1. Product
The WhatWokeMeUp kit (“Product”) includes hardware components shipped to a United States shipping address and a downloadable software folder (code + instructions) delivered by email.
2. Not a medical device
The Product is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Product is provided for informational use and personal experimentation only.
3. Orders, pricing, and taxes
The Product is sold as a one-time purchase for $999.99 USD. Shipping is included for deliveries within the United States. Any taxes are included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. No refunds
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
5. Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States only. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
6. Software license
The software folder is provided for your personal use with the Product. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software (or any modified versions) without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Product, attempt to reverse engineer non-public components, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhatWokeMeUp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Product; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of a competent jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
